ABOUT US

since 1983​

I started cooking at the age of 8 years old and fell in love. Soon after, I was hired at my mothers catering company and polished my cooking skills and over-the-top customer service for the next 20 years. I learned a lot from my mother, grandmother, and great-grandmothers recipes, and I would love to pass on that passion for cooking and entertaining on to you.

 

A lot of my expertise is New Orleans home style low country cooking; however I also have experience with many, many other types of cuisine that I have learned just by being born in San Francisco, Califonia. Although I have not been professionally trained, I feel that the experience given to me from all of the "Mothers" in my life is invaluable.
